Fiamma Poltock Welcome to a new series on the blog, where we'll be sharing some of our favourite easy craft projects. Now, we're no experts, but we do love making stuff with our kids. Expect super-fun quick wins that don't cost much or need tons of supplies – perfect for a rainy afternoon. Here's the first, just in time for half term!

LOO ROLL CATS

You'll need: cardboard inner toilet rolls and paints / crayons / pens to decorate. Googly eyes would be a winner, too!

STEP ONE: Fold down the both sides of the top of your loo roll, to form your cat's pointy ears. No glue required – we told you this was no fuss :)

STEP TWO: Paint on your base colour. We like to use acrylic paints (Djeco make nice ones for kids), but you can use crayons or pens too, of course.

STEP THREE: Get creative and start decorating with pens, paints or crayons. We started off with pet cats… But how about some big cats? Two-year-old Jude did this brilliant tiger!
