A new chapter
We've been working on nzweekend together for nearly 11 years – so many brilliant times (buying trips, babies, endless Whatsapp chats, poring over collections and silliness). What a privilege to navigate the ups and downs of small business life with one of your best pals: friends before all this and friends for life.
Our news is that Fiamma is stepping back from her full-time role at nzweekend. She will still be working on buying and creative projects here, but now has time for other exciting opportunities outside of the shop.
nzweekend will continue as before, with Nicky at the helm (also posting on Instagram so please say hello!) and there are plenty of brilliant things arriving at the store in the run-up to Christmas. Heartfelt thanks for all your orders – it means so much! – and we hope you’ll continue to support and shop at nzweekend (and all the other wonderful indie businesses out there).

It’s been an incredible (almost) 11 years working alongside one of my best pals, I feel incredibly fortunate to have helped to have made such a huge success of nzweekend.
Getting to know our customers through IG over the years and seeing their lives unfold, families grow and in some cases becoming friends has been an unexpected joy. I’ve loved working closely with our amazing brands, bringing you the very best & especially working on our exclusive projects.
